Folly Inside Out

Entry for a Folly design competition in France 

Folly Inside Out rises above the ground like a watchtower. Four interlocking volumes form a closely connected structure, inviting visitors to explore its spaces and imagine different ways of using them.

What appears to be a random arrangement reveals a carefully planned route: eight steps lead through all four volumes, moving between inside and outside towards the highest point.
